A Personalized Approach

Don't you wish you could get your energy back, maintain a healthy weight, and finally find the right nutritional plan for you?

Optimizing your health and getting over life-draining symptoms requires personalizing your nutrition and self-care. We use a functional medicine approach to find out what your body needs nutritionally (and not everyone is the same)! We even go beyond nutrition to explore where you may be struggling with imbalances in other areas such as hormonal health as well as gut and cellular health.

With this crucial information we co-create a wellness plan that also includes the best foods for what your body needs to rebalance at this point in time.

Integrated Care

Not only is each client biologically unique, their imbalances and nutritional deficiencies are too. While we take a much more targeted approach to your nutrition, we also take concepts from integrative care that can impact your hormonal, gut and cellular balance. In fact, we look at the full spectrum that includes lifestyle choices, food choices, potential food intolerances and even toxins in your immediate environment as well as mindset.

After we do your intake, we may recommend further specialty lab tests only if needed so that we can we can provide a more comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle plan.

Co-Creating Health

Changing your lifestyle may seem daunting, but we are here to help you every step of the way. We teach you how to adapt an energy boosting diet - even for the busiest people and how to blast through mindset blocks that are holding you back. We also teach you how to hack your nutrition, sleep, detox, and how small changes can mean big results. We share resources from our large toolbox to help best support new lifestyle practices so that they can become an integral part of your everyday life more effortlessly.

Dedicated Attention

During your in-depth intake consultation, we take the time needed, one-on-one, to conduct a thorough review to understand all the potential triggers for symptoms like fatigue, stubborn weight gain, bloating and brain fog. This review includes your past medical history, your past and present diet, environment, stress levels, and gut health. Your in-depth health history is the start to finally getting to the bottom of why you just don't feel like yourself.

Resolving Chronic Complaints

Unlike conventionally-trained nutritionists or fitness experts, we focus on getting to the real reasons you don't feel well. Instead of telling you "just power through" or "it's just a sign of being stressed or getting older" we examine the key nutritional, hormonal, gut and cellular imbalances that may be responsible for the symptoms our clients deal with every day.

The reason our programs are so effective is that we follow a functional medicine approach that focuses on dealing with the triggers that cause distress. This includes poor nutrition, toxicity in your home or work-place, potential food intolerances, gut and hormonal imbalances, along with mindset issues that all determine how healthy you are to date.

Unfortunately people are still following outdated nutritional science and misinformation that is still accepted as accurate. It's no wonder why people are frustrated and not getting the results they expect when changing their diet and workout routine! Don't let outdated science keep you from looking and feeling your best.

At Longevity Functional Wellness, we are trained in up-to-date science – including the best, most advanced functional medicine testing. We pair that with an evidence based nutrition approach to personalize your wellness plan so that you can finally achieve your goals and restore your health.
