Tracey O'Neill, CNS, LDN

Tracey O’Neill graduated from the University of Western States with a masters degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Prior to transitioning to a career in nutrition and wellness, she completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University receiving a B.S. In Supply Chain Management and MBA from the University of Central Florida.

After holding various corporate roles over a 15 year span working at a Fortune 50 company, Tracey understands first-hand the stress that can be involved in managing a career and family, while striving to maintain work-life balance and good health.

She always envisioned she would continue to climb the corporate ladder however her own health crisis took her down a completely different path. After a 5 year period bouncing between various conventional medicine doctors and specialists who performed endless lab tests, imaging, and procedures, Tracey was still left with no explanation or clear diagnosis behind her broad range of neurological and gastrointestinal symptoms. It wasn’t until she was introduced to Functional Medicine that she was finally able to get on a path towards healing and truly get her life back.

She became so passionate about helping others do the same that she left her corporate career to start her own private health coaching and nutrition practice. Tracey holds multiple certifications including Certified Nutrition Specialist®,  National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Her extensive training and education has provided her with a strong foundation in a root-cause, whole systems based approach to wellness utilizing nutrition, functional lab testing and intentional self-care to help people get to the root cause of their health issues and create sustainable lifestyle changes.

Tracey now resides in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and two children.  In addition to running her private practice, she provides corporate wellness services for Baptist Health working directly with local corporations including the Gate Petroleum Company and the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL organization.

She strives to teach her clients the importance of nutrition and its impact on health at the cellular level while addressing 4 key areas: digestive health, hormone balance, stress management, and mindset.
